“… The support activities of CWS to Ba Vi Education are positive and highly appreciated. From the project schools, especially from the poor schools in highland with low education level, all the teachers and students are very happy. The project has helped the schools to solve the problem of lacking teaching and learning equipments, helped teachers to avoid working without teaching aids. The classrooms facilities have been provided. New chairs and tables are given to classrooms to replace the old and broken ones. …”
Mr. Le Anh Quyen – Project Accountant and PMU Member Ba Vi District Education Department

“From 1994 up to now, the support from CWS to our school is active and effective, including provide living tools, books, sport equipments, and also personal property for the boarding students. In 2004 the school has received several constructions from CWS project, such as drinking filter water system for the students, foreign language and computer lab, a greenhouse. These have helped the teachers and students have more modern facilities for teaching and learning; the students have the filter water system to drink daily; the boarding students have the place to practice their vocations.”
Nguyen Van Phu – Headmaster of the Ha Tay Ethnic Boarding school

“… We used to learn in the old class, which is low-rooted and dirty. When it was raining, the books and notebooks got wet. When it was sunny, we had to use the old newspapers to cover the windows. Now thanks to CWS project, we have new classroom and also a new and modern latrine. After using the latrine, we press water to clean it. In the classroom there are light bulbs to make the class lighter …. Before in the library there was nothing. Now there are bookshelves, many strip cartoons, and reference books. The playground is concreted. We are very happy and we learn better…..”
Phan Thi Hang Ngan – class 5 A – Tan Quang Primary school – Song Cong town – Thai Nguyen Province

“ …. I and my friends really like the new classrooms. These classrooms are spacious and airy. There is also marble foundation, which is very beautiful…. The new latrine is very modern. It has the septic tank and there is clean water coming from the tape… Thank you CWS very much for providing us the chance to learn in a new spacious and airy classroom. CWS Vietnam is always a good-hearted angel in my mind ….”
